Not the way I expected. Beef giniling has more potatoes than meat. The mungo is so dry. The other seems like not fresh.

I am so happy to see that Kanto has finally started their meal prep service and are delivering the meals themselves now.
Their restaurant has been one of my favorites for a go-to filipino meal. Perfect for my lifestyle as i hate cooking.
I have already tasted several meals from their menu and Bicol express, Kare Kare, Bulalo, and Adobo are my personal fav.

I did try the Chicken Piyanggang last night. The chicken itself was moist and tasted OK. But, from the description, I was expecting some new interesting and exciting flavour, especially with the unusual deep blue colour. I sent you pictures earlier. I didn’t experience any of that.
Also, I had the Escabeche the previous night. The fish was good but I was expecting more of the sweet-sour sauce that I remember. There was barely any sauce.
The chicken adobo, lechon paksiw, laing, and kare kare were tasty.
I didn't realize that half of the container would contain rice. I wish that the container would be filled with just the "ulam" because it is so easy for me to cook the rice. I can understand that for many people, they won't have easy access to cooked rice.
I would like it if I could order just the "ulam" without rice. And also I wish there were more sauce.

I came to Canada early this year and am a big food lover. I heard a lot about this restaurant and right then an ad popped up right infront of me. So i did not waste a second and placed the order.
Got my meals last week and it was 9.5/10.

The food was delivered while it was still warm. Well cooked. The prok sinigang was very good. Vegetables were not over cooked. Loved the chicken adobo and mang inasal. The kare kare was good and loved the vegetableswhich were not overcooked. I'm not much of a peanut butter person, so the soup was a little too peanutty for my taste. The kids enjoyed the chicken very much. I'll try the tortang talong next time. We will definitely order again. Sorry, didn't take any photos. We don't normally take pictures of food. We'll have one or two next time. Thank you, for the food.

I’ve tried many meal prep services, but this one truly stands out. The Sinigang meal was sour and savory, just like it should be. It tasted fresh and reminded me of Sunday lunches back home. Highly recommend for anyone missing authentic Filipino flavors!
